If there are problems to open a document directly please download the file first to your computer by right-clicking on the link and selecting "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu. When the "Save as" screen appears, select the location on your hard drive where you want to save the file. Enter a filename, specify where to save the document on your computer, then click the "Save" button. Once the document has been downloaded to your computer, close your Web browser and open the file from your hard drive.
